Nursery

Hanke furniture is well-suited to be used in a (day) nursery. In an area in which a number of other children are present, playing together, eating and having fun, a child may, at times, feel the need to withdraw from these hectic situations and feel the need to be in an “individual” spot. This is what the models Le Baron and Le Comte provide. Due to the curved shape, the chair offers a personal spot for children to come to one’s self once again. Crèches, schools and Extracurricular centres

The types of nurseries in which Hanke furniture can be of good use are crèches and extracurricular centres. Hanke furniture is designed for children between the age of 1 and about 13 years old. In crèches in which children are together for daily periods or even for the entire day, the furniture provides an individual spot for children whereas they can still be in the group. Even in extracurricular centres the chair can be of added value. After a whole day at school it may be pleasant to be in a group while at the same time you have the possibility to read a book "on your own", to watch television or to have a quiet chat with someone else.
